I had a wonderful Christmas stay! The location is super convenient, right near the MRT and bus station, plus there's a mall and lots of local restaurants just a stroll away. The staff were friendly and even let us take our breakfast early, which was delicious and filling. I really appreciated the clean sheets every day—it felt so fresh to come back to a tidy room!
The noise from outside could be a bit much too, especially if you're a light sleeper. But overall, a cozy stay!

This hotel offers spacious rooms, which was a pleasant surprise! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the main station. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially Ms. Wang, who went above and beyond to return a lost bracelet. The breakfast served in-room was delicious and a nice touch.
The shower setup could use some improvement to avoid splashing.

Spent Easter weekend here and it was a great stay! The free Wi-Fi really came in handy and the hotel’s proximity to the train and MRT stations made it super convenient to get around the area. The rooms were also a good size and the sheets and towels were clean. Another plus was the friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
That the breakfast provided was a bit lacking. It was just a sandwich and a packet drink, so we ended up going out to look for food instead. Also, it would be nice if they cleaned the rooms daily. We found that our room was only cleaned after we requested for it to be cleaned. our stay was quite pleasant, just a few improvements to be made.

Spent my Christmas holiday in Taiwan and I had a fantastic time! the hotel where I stayed at was in a key location which was very convenient for me to explore the city. the train station and MRT station were just a few minutes away from the hotel, and this made it easy for me to go around Taipei. the rooms were spacious, airy and looked newly renovated. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi and had very friendly staff who couldn't speak English, but they used technology to communicate with me.
The hotel breakfast was not good. They only served sandwiches, milk, and fruits, which were brought to my room since there was no cafeteria.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic, as it's very close to the train station and MRT station, making it very easy to get around the city. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though they didn't speak English very well, they tried their best to communicate with us, using tools like Google Translate. We particularly appreciated their honesty and professionalism - when one of us left a gold bracelet in the room, they were quick to find it and even called the next hotel we were staying at to return it to us. Finally, we found the hotel to be very clean and well-maintained, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Everything great! We couldn't find any negatives while staying at this hotel.
